Skin Cancer Treatment

Most skin cancer can be treated with surgical excision to ensure that the edges (margins) are free of tumor cells. The divisions provide the best cure for both early and high risk. Radiation therapy and cryotherapy (freezing the cancer) can provide adequate control of the disease, but both have lower cure rates than surgery.
